1/2 Cup Walnuts
3 TBS Goji Berries Grind until fine (Food Processor or Coffee Grinder)
2 TBS Coconut Oil
2 TBS Chia Seeds
2 TBS Raw Cacao Powder
1 TBS Hemp Protein Powder Optional

      Raw Date Balls with Chia and Goji Berries

      Combine Almonds, Walnuts and Chia Seeds. Place them in a food processor and grind until they become a floury texture.

      Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend for about a minute or until a well blended and sticky texture has formed.

      Shape your Raw Date Balls by scooping out approximately 1 tablespoon and rolling the mixture in the palms of your hands.

      Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until they become firm. Its also best to store them in the refrigerator so that they keep their shape and consistency.
