5 cloves chopped Garlic
4 Tablespoon Cold Pressed Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Crystal Salt
2 grinds Pepper
1 teaspoon Balsamic Reduction (Optional)

      This simple salad is for the garlic and salad lover and will give you that little immunity boost that you require when going into the cold and flu seasons… Delicious flavours and textures tranform the simple ingredients into and excellent salad.

      Roughly Chop the Garlic. We recommend chopping and not pressing as the texture is important.

      In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until a creamy dressing is formed.

      When ready to serve, add your Organic Green Leaves to the Bowl and toss the salad until it's evenly coated with the garlic salad dressing.
