      Combine Chia Seeds, Coconut Milk, Vanilla Extract, Honey and Cinnamon and blend (for a smooth pudding) or mix (for a whole chia seed textured version) until well combined.

      Portion mixture into glasses or a large glass container and refrigerate overnight (for at least 5 hours). This allows the Chia Seeds to gel and creates a perfect breakfast when refrigerated overnight.
